INSTANT POT GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
16 ounces chopped fresh mushroom
2 onions, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups water
2 (10.75 ounces) cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (16-ounce) package of egg noodles
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (1 ounce) package of dry onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
COOKING PROCESS
Sauté should be chosen when a multipurpose pressure cooker (such the Instant Pot) is turned on. Add the garlic, mushrooms, onions, and ground meat. Cook and stir for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the onions are tender and the meat is browned and crumbly. Noodles, soup, Worcestershire, and dry soup mix should all be added. Shut and secure the lid.
Set the timer for 3 minutes and choose high pressure as directed by the manufacturer. The pressure should rise for 10 to 15 minutes.
As directed by the manufacturer, release pressure naturally over a period of 10 to 40 minutes. Remove the lid by unlocking it. Stir in the sour cream.
