INSTANT POT TACO CASSEROLE
Updated: Feb 10, 2023
The complete recipe for an easy Instant Pot taco casserole is produced in the device! In less than 45 minutes, this quick weekday meal transforms ground beef into a tasty meal.
INGREDIENTS:
SALSA: Feel free to use any sort of salsa with a tomato basis that you like.
GROUND BEEF: The ground beef I use is 88% lean. It has enough fat to prevent the meat from drying out while cooking, the beef is lean enough to control the dish from becoming oily. It's also possible to use ground chicken or turkey.
BEEF BROTH: I enjoy using beef broth with less salt.
BEANS: Pinto or kidney beans also function nicely. Moreover, if you want to make the casserole last longer, feel free to add more beans.
CHEESE: All kinds of cheese mixes, including cheddar, Monterey Jack, cheddar, and others, are suitable.
SEASONINGS: You are welcome to change the seasonings to your liking.

Step 5: Include the cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
STEP 6: Add salsa, tomato paste, and beans on top. Stay still.
STEP 7: Set the timer to 5 minutes and push manual high pressure. Allow 10 minutes for the pressure to relax naturally. Let go of any excess tension.
