MAKING DOUGH IN A BREAD MACHINE AND BAKING IT IN THE OVEN

SNEAK PEEK: This artical will explain how to make bread dough in a bread machine and bake it in the oven as well as the benefits of doing so.
When you attempt to bake a loaf in a bread machine, the "automaticness" of the appliance can ruin it. But perhaps our expectations were just too high. After all, a breadmaker runs on a timer rather than a brain.
My recommendation is to just use the DOUGH cycle while baking bread so that you can manage the shaping, second rise, and baking. If you master this technique, your bread will nearly always turn out well.
USING A BREAD MACHINE TO MAKE THE DOUGH:
These are general directions for producing bread machine dough for any recipe that calls for it.
Place each item in the bread maker's pan. Liquids should be added first, then dry components. Yeast and flour are added last. Select the "DOUGH" cycle next.

Please don't forget about it. It also helps the yeast produce its greatest flavor and influences the final size and texture. After kneading, the first rise took place within the bread machine during the DOUGH cycle. (Your machine might indicate that the DOUGH cycle has two rises. When baking bread by hand, you would allow for two rises, which equals one.)
You take charge of the remaining steps when you remove the dough from the machine once the DOUGH cycle is complete. This implies that after shaping the loaf, you'll let it rise once more before baking
HOW SHOULD MY BREAD BE PREPARED FOR THE SECOND RISING PERIOD?
First, give the dough the form you like. See the directions up above. After that, wrap a tea towel around the bread.
Place the rolls or loaf pan in a warm location so they may rise. My preferred method for establishing a pleasant atmosphere is to microwave a cup of water for 5 minutes. Place the wrapped dough next to the hot water in the microwave, leaving the hot water in the oven.
DO NOT TURN ON THE MICROWAVE WITH THE DOUGH INSIDE.
HOW TO AVOID A TOO-DARK AND TOUGH CRUST ON YOUR BREAD
Take a look at the first image in this post. If you prefer the crust on the right to the crust on the left, use the DOUGH cycle. The dough should then be manually shaped, given a second rise, and baked in a standard oven. If you don't have high standards, you could want to take a chance and bake bread in the bread machine. And it's all right. But if you prepare my recipes, I'll tell you exactly how I do them in the instructions.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE DOUGH I JUST SHAPED TO RISE?
The dough should almost double in volume for the majority of recipes. You could only need 30 minutes to prepare dinner rolls. It can take 45 to 60 minutes if the room is chilly. Rolls typically rise faster than loaves. For a loaf, whether in a pan or freeform, 45 minutes is a decent place to start. The ingredients, ambient temperature, and humidity all have an impact on how quickly bread dough rises. You can always get it perfect when you manage the timing of the rise yourself.
The dough should rise to about an inch above the top of the pan or just barely peek over the edge. The yeast exhausts itself if it climbs excessively. Your loaf may consequently fall or develop a large hole in the Centre. Sadly, you might not catch your mistake until you slice the baked loaf
